All Melo Says Hello products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Melo Says Hello is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an issue with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or has shipped.
