Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production. Once an item has been sent to production, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
